in accordance with the provisions of the Insurance Act ("Official Gazette" no. 30/15, 112/18, 63/20, 113/20) hereby authorizes the company FOX BROKER d.o.o. from Zagreb, Dunjevac 15C, OIB: 34672483296, represented by director Ante Milićević (hereinafter referred to as BROKER) for insurance business. The BROKER will, according to the order of the PRINCIPAL, carry out insurance distribution activities for the purpose of concluding an insurance contract, providing assistance in the exercise of rights from the insurance contract, and especially in resolving compensation claims addressed to the insurance company. BROKER has the right to request from insurance companies copies of all active and previous insurance contracts, i.e. insurance policies, as well as the right to provide information on claims, for the purpose of risk analysis.
The BROKER will perform insurance distribution activities based on the information and data received from the PRINCIPAL. The BROKER will treat all received information as a business secret during the duration of this authorization and after its eventual termination, and will use it for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the performance of insurance distribution operations.
The BROKER is not responsible for the shortcomings of the insurance program or the performance of other brokerage obligations where there was no reasonable period for reviewing and analyzing risks and making recommendations, as well as in cases where the PRINCIPAL does not provide the required data, information or consent necessary for contracting insurance in a timely manner. With this authorization, the PRINCIPAL gives consent to the collection, processing and use of personal data for the purpose of concluding an insurance contract and for the purpose of exercising rights from the insurance contract. The BROKER is not authorized, without the express written approval of the PRINCIPAL, to use the data obtained in the performance of its activities, except for the purpose prescribed by the Law.
The BROKER has the right to compensation for the performed insurance distribution work exclusively from the insurance company, regardless of the possible receipt of the insurance premium on his account. Based on this authorization, the PRINCIPAL has no financial obligations towards the BROKER.
The validity of this authorization is not limited in time and can be terminated at any time based on a written notice.
